Instructor Kelly Flanagan is the Founder & Chief Instructor of PSG Security Academy, with over 38 years of experience in military, private security, and law enforcement, including 28 years as a firearms instructor. A retired U.S. Air Force Shift Sergeant, he holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and is a certified NRA Law Enforcement and Security Handgun/Shotgun Instructor. Since becoming a firearms instructor in 1997, he has taught over 8,000 students how to safely handle firearms.
